About Tiffany

EMDR, Ketamine-Assisted and Trauma Therapist
in Emeryville, California

You don’t have to tough it out alone.

I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed and stretched beyond your limits.

For years, I focused on everything and everyone outside of myself while quietly neglecting my own needs. I looked composed on the outside, but inside, stress was eroding my health and well-being. Burnout set in and I became deeply fatigued and physically ill. The belief that I had to keep going (because everybody else seemed to be)—no matter what—took a serious toll, both physically and emotionally.

I came to this work because I lived the questions first. I reached a point where I simply couldn’t push through anymore. At first, I resisted getting help. I told myself I should be able to handle it on my own. I thought that needing support meant I had failed. But healing doesn’t come from knowing better, it comes from doing things differently.

Through therapy, I finally found a way to slow down enough to care for the parts of me that had been running on empty for too long. Two of the most transformative approaches on my healing journey, and now in my work with clients, have been EMDR and Ketamine Assisted therapy. These modalities helped me shift out of survival mode and into a steadier, more easeful way of living. I even began to feel joy again, along with a sense of expansion and possibility I hadn’t known in years.

As a therapist, I bring both professional training and lived experience into the room. I understand what it’s like to feel overstimulated, exhausted, and stuck in the grind—and I know what it’s like to move through it and come out the other side with more clarity, ease, and self-trust.

Do you feel anxious, exhausted, and numb?

Do you wonder if there is more to life than this?

You’re in the right place.

I offer you a space where you don’t have to prove anything.

A space where you can slow down, catch your breath, and start reconnecting with the part of you that’s been buried under all the pressure.

The challenges you’ve faced have sharpened you, not broken you. With the right tools and support, you can turn that resilience into something even more powerful.

Together, we’ll focus on what matters most, so you can step back into your life with more clarity, strength, and purpose.

Therapy should feel like a place where you can finally exhale.

I curate an environment and theraputic experience that honors your depth and your need for healing at your own pace. I know that healing isn’t just about processing the past, it’s about feeling more in control of your present, and more confident in your future.

Together, we’ll work to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and at ease in your own skin.

My Specialties

EMDR Intensive Therapy

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a research-backed therapy that helps people heal from trauma and distressing experiences by processing memories in a way that reduces their emotional charge.

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

Ketamine therapy as medicine involves using ketamine in a safe, controlled setting to relieve symptoms of depression, anxiety, and trauma by enhancing neuroplasticity and creating a window for emotional and cognitive healing.

EMDR Therapy Intensive, Ketamine-Assisted

Ketamine-assisted EMDR combines the deep processing power of EMDR with the expanded, flexible state of mind that ketamine provides, allowing clients to access and reprocess stressful memories with greater ease and less overwhelm.

My intention is to help you find rest and build a life that feels meaningful and truly your own.

As a trauma-specialized therapist trained in EMDR and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, I offer modern, research-backed care that combines clinical expertise with lived experience.

In therapy together, we will move at a pace that feels right for you, with a focus on root-level healing. This work is about more than just coping. It is about rewiring long-held patterns so you can experience real, lasting change.
